Enjoy a spectacular view of both the ocean and the mountains from our newly renovated, 1500sq ft condo on the eighth floor of one of the best buildings in the Zona Romantica! Watch parasailing from the spacious rooftop pool or enjoy a book while reclining on your own chaise lounge on the terrazza.

The ideal location of our building allows you to be as involved as you want to be. Easy walking distance from Malecon (the famous downtown oceanfront walkway) and just a few streets from "Restaurant Row", you will have access to life in Puerto Vallarta you won't forget.

If you do choose to stay in, you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen rarely found in Mexico. The water is triple-filtered for your ease of use. The kitchen appliances are all new, and contribute to the feeling of relaxation. Of course, there is also maid service daily (except Sundays and Mexican holidays). Savor a margarita made in your own blender while watching the sunset, the English-language TV, or the bathers in the rooftop pool.
